Privacy policy
What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, phone number, city and delivery address, plus any note you add. If you pay by bank transfer we also store the receipt you upload.
Why we collect it
Only to confirm, pack and deliver your order, and to answer you if you contact us about it. We share your address and phone with the courier because they cannot deliver without it.
What we never do
We do not sell your details, rent them, or pass them to anyone other than the courier handling your parcel.
Analytics
We may use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to understand which products people look at. These use cookies and record anonymous usage data. You can block them in your browser settings.
Removing your data
Message us at +92 303 6776060 and we will delete your details from our records, except where we must keep an order for accounting.
