Delivery & returns
Delivery
- We deliver anywhere in Pakistan through standard courier.
- Delivery is Rs. 250, and free on orders over Rs. 3,000.
- Orders usually arrive in 2–4 working days after confirmation.
- Cash on delivery is available on every order.
- We confirm each order on WhatsApp before it is dispatched.
Returns
- Food items (achar and other edibles) cannot be returned once the seal is broken — this is a food safety rule, not a preference.
- If a jar arrives broken, leaking or wrong, send us a photo on WhatsApp within 48 hours and we will replace it or refund it.
- Unopened, undamaged non-food items can be returned within 7 days. Return postage is on the buyer unless the mistake was ours.
