Terms of service
Orders
Placing an order is a request to buy, not a completed sale. We confirm every order by phone or WhatsApp first. If an item has sold out between your order and our call, we will tell you and refund or swap it.
Prices
All prices are in Pakistani Rupees and include any applicable tax. Delivery is charged separately and shown before you pay. Prices can change without notice, but never after your order is confirmed.
Natural products
Mehndi colour, achar spice level and jar contents vary slightly from batch to batch because everything is made by hand from that season's crop. This variation is not a defect.
Cancellation
You can cancel free of charge any time before the parcel is dispatched. Once it is with the courier, our returns policy applies.
Misuse
Repeatedly refusing cash-on-delivery parcels may mean we ask for advance payment on future orders.
